Rev. DeLancey serves as the pastor of Stoneridge Covenant Church of Allison Park, PA. and has served here since March, 1999, about 12.5 years now.  Prior to coming to Stoneridge, Pastor John served the Calvary Covenant Church of Evansville, MN for nearly 9 years.  Both Calvary and Stoneridge are Evangelical Covenant Churches.   Evangelical Covenant Churches are founded on the solid authority of God's Word and are highly evangelical in doctrine and practice, firmly believing in the necessity of new birth in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

As an extension to his ministry, he regularly leads tours to Israel and other lands of the bible.  The October, 2011 tour will be his 21st Israel trip!  For more information please see www.biblicalisraeltours.com.

John is married to his wife Sue and has three children, Joel, Rachel and Hannah and lives in Glenshaw, PA.  As a way to be involved in the north hills community, Pastor John also umpires HS and college baseball as well as various summer leagues.  He also enjoys ultra running.
